Award-winning journalist Gulstan Dart comes to KCRA 3 from KIRO-TV in Seattle, where he anchored the morning and noon newscasts since Before his time in Seattle, Gulstan co-anchored the 5 p.m. award-winning and top-rated newscast at WSB-TV in Atlanta.
