Frances Emma Money was born in 1846 and was baptised on 5 November 1846 in Sternfield, Suffolk, England[1]. She was the daughter of Reverend James Drummond Money (1805 - 1875) and Charlotte Christina (Noel) Money (1809 - 1848).
Sadly her mother Charlotte died on 19 December 1848 at age 39. Her father remarried on 29 April 1850, to Clara Maria Burdett.
